Shipping Policy:
Generally most orders are processed and shipped within 2 or 3 days . Depending on the shipping method selected, transit time varies.
Institution Order Policy:
Inmate is responsible for obtaining approval from their institution to receive their order. Different institutions have different policies. Please check with your Imam (Chaplin) or business office to confirm if you need special approval to receive hardback books or books with zipper cover and if there is any limit or restriction on any specific items or quantity per order. Generally, we ship to many institutions and are approved vendor for our items.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Contact us first to explain the nature of problem before sending merchandise back. No return/exchange can be processed without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number is valid for a period of 14 days from date of issue. RMA number will void thereafter. Returned items must be packed properly and safely, preferably in the original packaging. The RMA number should be marked clearly on the outside of the package. A copy of original proof of purchase and a written description of the item’s problem should be included. Any item shipped to The Islamic Place without RMA number listed on the package could result in unnecessary delays. The Islamic Place will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transportation due to improper packaging. Customer should ship the return/exchange merchandise using a shipping company with delivery tracking and insured services to ensure a timely resolution to your return issue. Failure to comply with RMA procedure may result in refusal of credit or product replacement.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Merchandise exchange / return must be made within 15 days of purchase in original condition (all packaging and tags must be intact).
No return / exchange if original tags or packaging are removed.
No return / exchange of fragrance items (Body Oils & Attar Imported Oils) and Health & Hygiene items.
Items or receipts marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are not returnable or exchangeable.
No return / exchange of electronics. In case of defect issues, we can provide you contact info of manufacturer for warranty & repair service. We don't repair or service these electronics in house.
No return / exchange of garments after hemming or alteration.
If this return process is not adhered to, the customer may experience delays in our analysis and final resolution. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this return process.
