Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days in original condition.

For clothing or accessory items: No return or exchange if original garment tags or packaging are removed.

Following category of items can not be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Oils or fragrances
• Personal Hygiene items
• Food or Supplement items
• Beauty items (Henna, lotions, or cosmetic items)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FedEx or UPS refused packages incur a return shipping charge equal to the initial shipping charge.

In-Person at the store:

For your convenience, website orders can easily be returned or exchanged in person at the store.

2. Packing slip that came with your order or your order email on your phone

Return or Exchange by Mail:

Please follow the these steps:

1. Contact us by phone, email, or Live Chat to explain the reason for return.
   You may call us during our business hours at 215-748-3333 and select option 3 for Customer Service.
   If you need to email us, please reply to the order confirmation email that you received when the order was initially placed.
2. Once your return or exchange is approved, please ship the items in a well packed box or appropriate envelope with your order number clearly marked on the address label to:

You will be notified once the returned item is received by us. We recommend that you send the package with a tracking service so that you may also be able to view tracking info from the carrier.
